The Dayhub Affiliate Panel is a platform where users can track their earnings, manage referral links, view referral and collaborator statistics, and level up through performance-based milestones. Designed for long-term engagement, the panel empowers users to monitor progress and drive more referrals through a clear, motivating interface. This project began with no existing structure, language, or design direction — I led the product design process from the very first concept to a fully functional, scalable interface.
My Role
I acted as the sole Product Designer, responsible for the full experience — from defining information architecture and product language to crafting UX flows, wireframes, and the final UI. I worked closely with stakeholders to translate vague ideas into a functional system, setting the foundation for a new affiliate ecosystem within Dayhub.
Challenge
Solution
I started by building the full architecture of the platform, defining clear feature sets like balance tracking, referral statistics, collaborator data, and progress levels.
I introduced a new naming system to distinguish user roles and clarify actions across the dashboard. To motivate users, I designed a leveling system that rewards performance and promotes long-term use. The UI focused on clean data visualization, intuitive structure, and fast access to key insights.
Every component was built from the ground up with scalability, clarity, and ease of use in mind.
Wireframing & UX
In the early stages, I focused on mapping out intuitive user flows — from first-time setup to experienced affiliate interactions. The dashboard was designed using a card-based system that presents key stats at a glance, making it easier for users to understand their progress. I structured data-heavy components like referral stats and collaborator performance with a strong visual hierarchy, ensuring that insights are digestible even on mobile. I also introduced a tool to manage and copy referral links directly, eliminating friction in daily use.
Result
The final product is a complete affiliate management system tailored for growth and engagement. It transformed a vague idea into a robust platform with a clear purpose and consistent design. The introduction of role-based language removed ambiguity across the app, and the new leveling system gave users a tangible sense of progression. The dashboard now presents all critical metrics in a clean, mobile-friendly layout, empowering users to monitor and optimize their referral performance with ease.
